WebAs for "efficient" leveling, I only worry about it when I'm actually buying levels (from skill trainers). When I do that, I buy 10 levels in three different skills, two misc skills and 1 major/minor skill, each with a different ability. I get 3 x5 modifiers, and no wasted skill points (from waiting and waiting and waiting).
