Also I cannot find the button/key to armed the spoilers. Anyway, maybe a few more training will makes me get used to it until PMDG and Aerosoft release their own aircraft for this sims.

You'll have to hold down the button while pushing the throttle forward again, but it does work. This is the method I use for all my planes with a Bravo, and before that with an easily accessible throttle button on my old X52. Except CRJ which doesn't work with this method. 1
